A: 100% free — unlimited reviewers, volunteers, co-organizers on every plan.

**Q: Can I change someone’s permissions later?**\
A: Yes — edit or remove access instantly from the Team page.

**Q: What happens when someone leaves the company?**\
A: Remove them from one or all events in one click. Their personal account stays active for other conferences they organize.

**Q: Can I import a team list from CSV?**\
A: Yes — “Bulk invite via CSV” is available on Pro and Enterprise plans.

**Q: Is there role inheritance or groups?**\
A: Coming in December 2025 — you’ll be able to create reviewer “tracks” or “sections” with one-click assignment.
